ASESA Autumn Regionals

ASESA Autumn Regionals

Ben Chambers was in attendance at the much anticipated Asbestos & Environmental Safety Association’s Autumn South Regional meeting this morning, held in Southampton and chaired by ASESA CEO Graham Warren.

A busy agenda with a host of LARC’s, suppliers and analysts involved.

With the continued theme being ‘you will get what you want to make of ASESA become’ alongside being aligned with Asbestos Hub Magazine’s NETWORK ethos to encourage a lot more cross industry collaboration…

A very frank and informative experience with at times fiery yet constructive debate showing the passion in this industry, with some of the topics including; training, technical, outsourced audits, NVQs, awards, DCUs, red bags/red bins and of course ASESA member business.

Great to see friends see from Empire AsbestosBeacon International LimitedSMH Products Ltd and in particular it was enjoyable to hear solutions and insights on waste from Iain Harding from Windsor Waste Management.

With now 80 members and in only its first year all is going to plan, I’d say the common consensus was a very enjoyable first regional… I really suggest the industry check them out if you are not a member already.

We will of course be putting together a big piece from this week regionals into the end of year issue of Asbestos Hub Magazine.
